Dr. Vinoth kumar who heads the centre is a senior interventional cardiologist with 28 years experience in the field of medicine with 15 years experience as a specialist. He is a senior consultant cardiologist at CARE Hospitals, Hitech city.
He completed his DM cardiology training from the prestigious Sri Jayadeva Institute of cardiology and Research centre, Bangalore, which is one of the largest centre for heart care in southeast asia.
Graduating from a centre where 3000 open heart surgeries and 30000 cathlab procedures including angiograms, angioplasties, pacemakers and device closure procedures are done annually definitely made him a competent interventional cardiologist. But his competency in interventional cardiology never prevented him concentrating on clinical and preventive cardiology.
